Maxwell Smart (Steve Carell), the top analyst of the top secret American intelligence agency CONTROL, hopes to become a field agent like his idol, Agent 23 (Dwayne Johnson), but despite scoring extremely well in the acceptance tests Max is denied the promotion because the Chief of CONTROL (Alan Arkin) thinks Max is too valuable as an analyst. This changes when CONTROL headquarters is attacked by their arch-enemy, the terrorist organization KAOS, led by a man known only as Siegfried (Terence Stamp). ...

So, the other day, I went and saw Pineapple Express. It hasn't received quite the amount of publicity as Seth Rogen's other films, so I wasn't really sure what to expect walking in; which probably helped the experience, I think, seeing as how the movie wasn't grossly overhyped and set up to fail.

Firstly, let me say that I thought this was one of the funnier movies I've seen in the past couple of years. Sure, there hasn't been a surplus of funny movies lately, but you get my point.

Ok, I thought that I would help Jim out a bit and write a review. Its not going to be nearly as good as his, but I'll try.

Never Back Down

Ok, this movie is kind of a cookie cutter action movie, theres the the good guy, Jake Tyler (Sean Faris), and the bad guy, Ryan McCarthy (Cam Gigandet). Basically Jake has to move from Iowa where he is a star football player to Orlando due to his little brother being a tennis protege. Before he moves he has one last game, and he's the star defensive ...

First off, I'm a pretty big fan of Will Ferrell fan, and I thought he and John C. Reilly had some ...

First off, let me welcome you to this little website John and I came up with to pass the time and revel in all of our free time and wasted youth. Feel free to join in and add your opinion, criticize ours, whatever. Now, to get things rolling, I have a review for The Dark Knight. I'll do my best to avoid any spoilers.

I saw this on opening night, and right off the bat, despite some troubles getting into the theater, I knew I was in for a good time. The crowd there really added to the experience. ...
